I don’t know what you’ve done to this, but it looks distressed, it looks as if its been screwed up like a piece of wastepaper or an old postcard! Heavy industry, pollution, dullness, low contrast, low overcast and smoke – your treatment is exactly right! Good stuff! Adrian

Yes, Smoke from the power station sometimes covers the area. So interpreted it this way.
